Frequently asked questions about replacing a lightbulb

- How long is the Ezy-reach?
There are three versions: 380mm, 550mm and 970mm in length.
- Can the Ezy-reach be used by disabled persons?
Yes. This tool can be used by almost anyone. The metre long version enables the tool to be used from a wheelchair/sitting position with ease.
- Why are grubby fingers bad for bulbs?
Because the device negates the need to hold the bulb with your fingers, you can be sure those new delicate halogen bulbs won’t end up with your fingerprint that will shorten the life span of the bulb, so we can even claim using the device can lengthen the life of the lightbulb!
- How does the switch operate?
Easily! When you push the Ezy-reach up against the bulb a firm suction bond is created. Only when you are ready and operate the sliding switch on the handle is the bulb released.
- Which bulbs will it work with?
As a general rule of thumb the device will normally grip any lamp that has a nearly flat front for direct contact of the sucker onto the face of the bulb if not listed just ask us and we’ll give you an answer before you buy. Can also be used to grip the protective glass some fittings use, and save those fingerprints.
- How can we help trade purchasers see the advantages first hand - at no obligation?
For trade purchasers we’ll send out a sample with an invoice. If you like the product and want to hang onto it just pay the invoice or return the Ezyreach and we’ll cancel the full invoiced amount. You can’t say fairer than that!
